  1. 9:00am Enjoy The Day!

You can pick up your bike rental when we open at 9am and spend the day riding through San Ignacio Valley. Be sure to wear sunblock and listen closely to the instructions you are given by the rental staff to ensure you understand how to use the equipment.

  2. 6:00pm Return Your Bike

Be sure to return the bicycle to the office by the scheduled time on your contract. This time will vary with the seasons as sunset comes and goes earlier and later.

We require 15 minutes to check in your bike and complimentary biking equipment, and to return your documentation to you so be sure you leave enough time for this process.

Be On Time: Be sure you do not arrive late! Your contract clearly says that  you will be charged a full day’s rental fee if you are late and keep the staff waiting and worried, so please be courteous and be on time to avoid hassles. It is solely your responsibility to return on time, or pay the late fee on the contract.

Yes, we are generally open 7 days per week, year around, though we do close for some holidays and occasionally we do close if we are already sold out of equipment due to heavy advance reservations. We always recommend you book well in advance to ensure we have what you want, when you want it.

Yes, there is a 22kms loop through the San Ignacio Valley that the staff will give you a map of and explain to you. This is a great way to spend the day and it is easy to manage it on your own. You can also do the ride quite easily on your own to Rukiraso Waterfall, another 22kms there and back, as long as you pay close attention to the staff instructions on where the turn offs are, you’ll be just fine. There is also a ton of single track in the area that you can ride on if you are up for it.

Do be aware that you’ll need to pay some small peso amounts to the Raramuri Indians directly to cross onto their land during your ride. The staff at the office will explain where the toll booths are, and how much, when you are checking out your bike.
